• Can be trained according to the requisite level by making use of exclusive contract system
Disadvantages
• Given regular salary along with employee benefits
• If they have an extra special skill, they are paid at a competitive rate

Whereas in In-house operations, one has to be constantly active and make sure the employee is working, isn’t sitting idle or exploiting company resources. In-house operations require 24*7 commitments which are not always possible.
