Job Description :

  • Basic accounts record keeping, recording expense transactions, preparing payments
  • Recording payroll and preparing pay slips for staff
  • Maintaining employees records
  • Assisting accountant for GST, and Tax return filing
  • Handling staff reimbursements
  • Handle day-to-day accounting duties including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable
  • Day to day admin work assisting director
